  Rachel - thank you for your note. You called April, our Customer Service Representative, the day before I was scheduled to meet with you and canceled our in home estimate. We received your voicemail the following afternoon about 30-45 minutes after our originally scheduled time to meet and in your voicemail you told us that you would not be using our services or recommending us because we missed the appointment. This was the appointment that you canceled the day before. You didn't leave your phone number on the message so we didn't have a way to contact you back to explain the situation. I'm assuming you meant to cancel the appointment with someone else, but called us to cancel instead.
